The Brief:

To deliver an exciting animated piece of collateral for delivery at an exclusive telecommunications and technolgy press-gathering.

The Solution:

Once the idea was hatched to produce a 'word-of-mouth' report for Spinvox in 2008 we already had a delivery mechanism firmly in our minds. We used a compact business card sized aluminium brief-case, a really neat and well manufactured container. When you 'popped' the working latches on the case, the briefcase opened revealing what looked like a mini audio tape, the kind you might find in a dictaphone. This tape was in fact a credit card USB stick containing the animation - a very 'mission impossible' and appropriate delivery mechanism for a technolgy company at the cutting edge converting an old science (voice messages) into a modern science (text messaging). On insertion of the USB into a computer our very typographic based animated presentation would autorun.

A small folded printed pack was also enclosed within the case.

This animation was storyboarded, illustrated and timelined by ourselves as a very fast-moving presentation relying on animated lips to present the key facts and figures of the SpinVox success story of 2008.
